Freshly drawn beer from nine taps, regional dishes with a twist and frequently some aural delights. Bierol Taproom and Restaurant – that’s beer and food and music!

Where in former days people just had a Schnitzel and a pint, both the food and the beer have changed quite a bit. New things are created and tested, discovered and tasted.

Our chef is Thomas Moser and, in his realm, he creates a sophisticated and constantly evolving menu – with a feel for sheer explosions on your palate and a feast for the eyes. Not to mention his perfectionist streak.

Please book in advance if you can, or you can always just walk in. There’s room for all kinds of events. Just contact the boss, Caroline Bichler, and she’ll put something together with you.
